Import journeys

Upload a CSV, TSV or Excel (.xlsx) journey export or your own spreadsheet. MyEVRange can handle most common layouts. If we do not recognise yours automatically, we will tell you and let you map the useful columns before anything is imported.

Most spreadsheet formats are worth trying.

If we recognise the layout, we will map it automatically. If we do not, we will say so clearly and let you map the useful journey columns yourself. You always review the result before anything is imported.

🔒

Your raw file stays with you

VIN, GPS, addresses, registration and account columns are locked out. Only the sanitised journey fields shown at review are sent to MyEVRange.

We found the journey table

If we recognise the layout, useful fields are mapped automatically. If we do not, the mapper below lets you tell us which columns contain distance and battery use. You always get the final say.

Journey distanceUse a trip distance column, or calculate it from two odometer readings.

Invalid rows and exact duplicates are left out automatically. Unusual but valid results can still be imported and may be held for a quick check.
